SDP – or how we bring your ideas to life (Six-step Design Procedure)
That you will definitely get what you want.
The peculiarity of custom development is that the specialists who carry out the development are experts in their own field, while creating solutions for someone else's field. To overcome this situation, we have developed the special Six-step Design Procedure (SDP).

Our more than a quarter of a century of experience has taught us which are the most important parts when designing and implementing a new system.

The structure of the process in brief:
  • 1. We will learn the necessary depth of your profession and working methods.
  • 2. We understand what is a problem for you and a task for us to solve.
  • 3. We will develop solution proposals together with you.
  • 4. We prepare, test and install the developed solution.
  • 5. We expand or redesign the system based on experience gained during use.
  • 6. We update the finalized system and provide full support.
How does this all happen in practice?
From the perspective of our customers, the 6 steps are divided into 3 larger groups:
  • In steps 1-3, we work with you to thoroughly understand the task, analyze it, and develop the solution. In step 4, we develop the solution.
  • In steps 5-6, we refine the system until everyone is satisfied.
Everyone does something like this. What makes this different from other people's methods?
Because we design the system with a special combination of FMT technology and the CIP method in such a way that it can be introduced continuously (component by component) and modified and fine-tuned even after the introduction. After all, we know from experience that when implementing new ideas, the appetite comes while eating.
