LFP – Low Risk Familiarization Period
This way, the risk of introducing a new system can be minimized.
When implementing a new system, one of the most important questions is whether it is worth implementing it?

An equally important question is whether the development company will actually deliver what it promises in advance. Because, as the saying goes, no one is so poor that they cannot promise.

In other words, developing custom software is not only a matter of professionalism, but also of trust. Of course, a lot can be stipulated in contracts, but the parties only really get to know each other when the design and development process starts. This can pose serious risks for both parties.

To eliminate these risks, we have developed the LFP (Low-risk Familiarization Period) method. The essence of this is that in case of a sufficiently large volume of development needs, we offer our prospective customers a LFP period of a few months. During this period, we calculate an average hourly rate calculated on a (T&M – Time and Material) basis, which we invoice to the customer monthly. The customer can stop the development at any time, and then only the flat rate for the work completed up to that point has to be paid, nothing more. With this solution, both parties can be sure of the other's credibility with the lowest possible risk.
