If all that's left are financial issues, you can choose from the following options:
Rent - the lower entry threshold

The rental structure has lower initial costs in terms of financing, since the customer pays a monthly fee for use. This solution can be particularly attractive to businesses that cannot or do not want to pay the full development cost immediately.
A characteristic of custom developments is that at least certain parts of the software are created specifically for the given customer. The special FMT technology we use allows us to assemble certain parts of the newly created custom system from existing Digital Intelligent Building Blocks. This saves a lot of development time and money. When determining the rental fee and the minimum rental period, we also uniquely take into account how much of the given system we need to create specifically for the given customer and how much of it we can assemble from existing Digital Intelligent Building Blocks. With this solution, we ensure that you have the lowest possible initial cost at the start of the project.

Purchase - transfer of usage rights

When purchasing, the customer pays for the development costs of the custom software and receives the right to use the system. From a financing perspective, this is a very simple thing. Although it requires a larger initial investment, it can be cost-effective in the long run, since there are no additional fees for use. However, in this case, the source code remains with the developer, unless a separate agreement is made.
Hybrid solutions - Long-term lease and other constructions

Long-term lease is between renting and purchasing. The customer commits to a longer term, which allows for more favorable conditions. In some cases, it is also possible for the customer to purchase the right to use the software at the end of the long-term lease period, while at the same time getting rid of the rental fees. In addition, individual solutions can be developed that take into account the customer's special needs and capabilities. In these cases, individual financing may also be included in addition to the individual software.
Source code and technology transfer

In some projects, in addition to purchasing the right to use the software, the source code may also be purchased. In this way, the client can become independent of the developer and, in possession of the source code, can further develop their own system. In the case of large companies, this can be more cost-effective than working with external developers. The need to purchase the source code may also arise when, due to certain industry regulations, it is necessary for the user to own the code of a given software version ‘frozen’. This can be the case, for example, in the area of certain medical applications or other systems requiring high security.
If our clients also need the source code, then depending on the size of the system, it may not be enough to just receive the source code and its documentation, but in the context of a so-called: complete technology transfer, we will also teach its internal operation and possible further development, along with training and the transfer of the necessary know-how.

LFP - without a lucky-bag

The LFP (Low-risk Familiarization Period) is a construction that provides our new clients with the opportunity to build mutual trust, especially in the case of large-scale development needs. During the LFP period, the parties jointly select a part of the entire development task, which is completed as a pilot. This development is carried out on a T&M (Time and Material) basis, with a predetermined average hourly rate, which the client pays on a monthly basis. The client can stop the pilot at any time and in this case only has to pay a flat fee for the work completed up to that point. This solution minimizes risks while creating the opportunity for the parties to try out the cooperation without a long-term prior commitment.
Additional services

In parallel with the development, the already completed parts can be put into operation and put into use. Various services can be used to ensure the continuous operation and proper support of the system. These include, for example, availability services with fixed response times, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements), i.e. service level agreements that guarantee the provision of a predetermined level of service. In addition, maintenance and operational support can help the system operate optimally and ensure continuous development and sustainability. The fee for these additional services can be handled separately, or can be incorporated into the rental fee or the long-term rental amount, as is most appropriate for the customer.
