JDC – Joint Design with our Customers
How is the JDC method different?
The problem with custom software is that it is often very expensive because every bit of it is made for a specific customer, or if not, they want to force their own solutions on users.

JDC uses a special Six-Step Development Process (SDP) that ensures that:
  • we solve the exact problem that is causing you trouble,
  • we provide a solution that is not only usable in theory, but also tested and convenient in practice, the developed solution is sufficiently flexible, expandable and able to communicate with other systems used by our customers,
  • the developed solution is sufficiently flexible, expandable and able to communicate with other systems used by our customers.
We know that our customers' time is valuable, so they only have to spend as much time on developing the system as is really necessary. We take care of the rest.

Moreover, all this in a much shorter development time than average, and for significantly less cost.
How are we able to do this?
  • 1. We use LAP for design.
  • 2. We use FMT for implementation.
  • 3. The introduction is carried out according to the principles of CIP.
What does this mean in short?
  1. The first 3 steps of our 6-step method for design are all about properly understanding our clients' workflows, systems and working methods. We also assess where the shoe is tightest.

  2. In the implementation, we use "pre-fabricated" Intelligent Digital Building Blocks wherever possible.

  3. We design and develop the entire system in such a way that it is suitable for continuous implementation. This provides the client with the flexibility to not only use the already implemented subsystems, but also to fine-tune and even expand them.
