How should you imagine this?
Every task is broken down into its own parts, and each component does its own job. FMT Technology seeks to realize in the world of IT systems the interdependent and collaborative connection that nature in its grandeur has created over millions of years. FMT achieves this by using Digital Intelligent Building Blocks to create its own operating environment. These building blocks, just like the living beings of the primeval forest, are separate units, which are, however, organically connected to each other.
What is the advantage of this?
Every company that wants to implement a custom system will most likely already have some kind of IT infrastructure. Of which there are parts that they cannot or do not want to replace. In the case of a properly designed custom system, this should not be a problem.
How can this be achieved?
The system to be introduced must be designed so that it fits into the existing and future system as a whole. Today, all the technical possibilities are available for this, but the design process must be properly designed. For all this, it is advisable to take into account some very important principles:
- All data generated in the system should be logically created or added to the system in one place per data type.
(For example, employee data should be created and modified in one interface, rather than in several separate locations. This interface can of course provide the ability to import and/or export complete or partial data. This can avoid conflicting data from several different locations or sources being added to the system.) - If a piece of data is already available in one subsystem, it should not need to be added to the system again in another.
(For example, if the goods intended for distribution are already available in another system, but are also needed in the system to be designed, then they must be extracted from the other system and integrated into the entire system.) - The individual database tables must be designed in such a way that the data contents necessary for the connecting systems are available.
- Not only the data contents, but also the individual business and algorithmic processes must be inserted into the system.
- If a data that is also used by another subsystem changes, then the connecting subsystems and/or users must be notified of the change, if necessary.
- The load capacity and security parameters of the individual subsystems must also be taken into account during planning.
