FutureSoft was established on 23.03.1999 as a LimitedPartnrship, founded by Hungarian private individuals. Since 21.05.2009 it has been operating as FutureSoft Informatics Ltd. The founder-owner graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Budapest University of Technology in 1992, where he taught programming to junior students at the request of the head of the department during his studies.
